Plaintiff James L. Kittle, Sr., ("Kittle") brings a Motion for Summary Judgment on Contract Liability and Return of Deposit. Defendant Newell Coach Corporation ("Newell") opposes Kittle's motion and asks for summary judgment in its favor. For the reasons stated below, we find that no valid contract exists and grant Kittle's motion for summary judgment only with regard to the return of his deposit with prejudgment...
