We consider here the pro se 28 U.S.C. § 2255 petition filed by Eduardo Robinson-Muñoz. Mr. Robinson-Muñoz was convicted by a jury on January 29, 1991, of having violated 46 U.S.C.App. § 1903(a) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 for the possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. This court sentenced Mr. Robinson-Muñoz to one-hundred and twenty months of imprisonment with a five-year term...
