Plaintiff Sharon Selep brings this three count action claiming that the defendants violated her constitutional rights. Presently before the court is a motion to strike and/or dismiss portions of the complaint, brought by defendants Michael Kelly, Anthony Priola, Leonard Wilkes, James Begley, James Sandow, and Gisell Pikor.
