In this direct criminal appeal, John Lewis Wagner ("John"), Michael T. Wagner ("Michael") and Scott A. Sine ("Sine") challenge the validity of their guilty pleas and sentences for conspiracy to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846.
