Deason (James), as guardian of the estate of Pauline Crider, a disabled adult (Pauline), appeals the trial court's ruling that defendant, Sherry Gutzler (Sherry), has rebutted the presumption of fraud raised by James at a hearing on his complaint brought on behalf of Pauline.
