On February 10, 1993 the State of New York ("the State") sued Kraft General Foods, Inc. ("Kraft") and RJR Nabisco Holdings Corp. ("Nabisco"), attacking Kraft's acquisition of Nabisco's ready-to-eat ("RTE") cereal assets (the "Acquisition").
