Presently before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) and Request for Rule 11 Sanctions filed on behalf of the Auditor General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Honorable Barbara Hafer ("Auditor General").
