Plaintiff instituted this suit in the City Court of Lake Charles, Louisiana for medical services in the amount of $3,000. The issue is whether the case was properly removed to this Court. The complaint in the City Court did not plead a federal cause of action. Normally, that should be the end of our inquiry.
