The above-captioned case is rife with acrimonious disagreement due to the fact that the attorneys involved are comporting like badly-behaved small children. Given such behavior, an appropriate sanction such as a spanking used to be administered; however, as the federal courts are courts of limited jurisdiction we are circumscribed in terms of the actions we can take.
