This matter comes before the court pursuant to the petition of the defendant, Warren H. Adam, for a writ of certiorari to review an order of the Family Court. In this action brought by his former wife, the Family Court ruled the defendant in contempt of an order and again ordered him to pay one-half of his children's educational and dental bills and to pay child support that had accrued since 1989.
