Before the Court are the Defendant's motion to dismiss or to strike Plaintiff's Section 1981 claim, claims for compensatory and punitive damages, and jury trial demand; and the Defendant's motion for summary judgment on the Plaintiff's claims of race discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
