SUMMARY JUDGMENT
COLLIER, District Judge.
Defendant, General Motors Corporation, moves for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (doc. 108). Plaintiffs, Jackie and David Humphreys, have opposed this motion.
