This action was originally brought in state court by Plaintiffs, William Karras and Lisa Karras, as a foreclosure action. William and Lisa seek to quiet title to certain real property allegedly mortgaged to them by their mother, Dion Karras. The action was removed to federal court by defendant United States pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1444.1 Counterclaims
