Henry Deutscher has shown to our satisfaction that it is more probable than not that, but for his constitutionally deficient counsel, he would not have been sentenced to die. Deutscher v. Whitley, 946 F.2d 1443 (9th Cir.1991) (setting aside Deutscher's death sentence).
