In this action, removed to this court from the Milwaukee County Circuit Court on October 1, 1991, plaintiff Cajan of Wisconsin, Inc., d/b/a Awe Ski & Patio ("Cajan") claims defendant Winston Furniture Company, Inc. ("Winston"), terminated its dealership relationship with Cajan without proper notice and without good cause, in violation of the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, Wis.Stat. § 135.01
