I. FACTUAL BACKGROUND

Claimant Joseph Munson moves this court to dismiss the in rem complaint against five parcels of real estate in which Mr. Munson owns in whole or part. The parcels include his personal residence in which he and his family live as well as four parcels containing multi-family homes and a laundromat. The Claimant also seeks to suppress certain physical evidence, the fruits of wiretaps...
