MEMORANDUM OPINION

RICHARD L. WILLIAMS, Senior District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on Freedlander's motion, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, to vacate, set aside or correct the sentence imposed on him. For the reasons stated below, the Court denies the motion.
