OPINION

LARSEN, Justice.

A jury found Hector Chavez guilty on five counts of sexual assault and sentenced him to twenty years' imprisonment and a $5,000 fine for each count. Although indicted for aggravated sexual assaults using a firearm, the jury found him guilty only of the lesser included offenses of sexual assault.
