Plaintiff, Frank Meyers, appeals from the dismissal by the circuit court of Winnebago County of defendant Armour Beckstrand from count III of plaintiff's second amended complaint and from the court's subsequent denial of plaintiff's motion to reconsider. Additionally, plaintiff appeals from the court's denial of plaintiff's postjudgment motion for leave to file an amended count III pertaining to Beckstrand.
