Defendant appeals his convictions of three counts of sodomy in the first degree, ORS 163.405, and four counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, ORS 163.427, involving a ten-year old child. He assigns error to the trial court's decision to allow a medical doctor to testify that she diagnosed the child as having been sexually abused. He also assigns error to the trial court's admission, under OEC 803(4), of a video taped interview of the child made...
