OPINION

GILBERTO HINOJOSA, Justice.

A jury found appellant, Lincoln Grant, guilty of robbery and sentenced him, under the Habitual Felon Statute, to thirty years of confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. In one Batson1 point of error, appellant challenges the constitutionality of his conviction. We affirm.
