Defendant, the County of Kendall, appeals from a declaratory judgment which decreed that a zoning ordinance was void and invalid and enjoined defendant from enforcing the zoning ordinance. The zoning ordinance denied plaintiff's petition to rezone land it owned in Kendall County from agricultural to residential zoning.
