RUSSON, Associate Presiding Judge:

Dennis Streeter appeals his convictions of two counts of cruelty to animals, each a class B misdemeanor, in violation of West Valley City Municipal Code § 23-5-104(8)(a) (1985). We affirm.

FACTS
