OPINION

LEE, Justice.

Appellant pled not guilty to a charge of capital murder. The jury found appellant guilty of the lesser included offense of murder, and also found that he used or exhibited a deadly weapon during the commission of that offense. Punishment was assessed at confinement for life and a $10,000 fine.
