On December 10, 1991, the district court filed a dissolution decree regarding the marriage of Bernard and Vicki Ziegenhorn. The court awarded Bernard real estate its debt, which was held by ITT Financial Services (ITT). Both Vicki and Bernard had signed the note to ITT Financial Services.
