Following a jury trial, defendant Martin Aguirre was convicted of two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (Ill.Rev.Stat.1991, ch. 56V2, par. 1401) and sentenced to two concurrent terms of 10 and 8 years in prison. On appeal defendant argues that: (1) he was denied a fair trial due to the State's improper use of peremptory challenges during jury selection; (2) the trial court erred in instructing...
