1. The court adopts the memorandum and recommendation of the United States magistrate judge signed September 10, 1993. 2. The corroborating evidence of Spaulding's guilt that was not considered by the disciplinary hearing officer is properly considered as evidence that the officer's decision was not manifestly unjust. Even without considering that evidence, the hearing satisfied constitutional standards....
