Delo, Debbie Holman, Ben Davis, Bill Rodgers and Rhonda Pash (collectively referred to as "prison officials") appeal from a judgment of the district court1 entered in favor of Lobester James Loggins, a Missouri inmate, in his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action and a judgment awarding attorney's fees under 42 U.S.C. § 1988.
