Defendant Kareem Nagib was convicted of one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute LSD in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 and 18 U.S.C. § 2, and one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute Psilocybin in violation of the same statutes after a jury trial in March of 1990.
