On February 11, 1991, plaintiffs, Esther and Ernest Rudisill, brought suit against defendant, Sheraton Copenhagen Corporation ("Sheraton Copenhagen"), for injuries allegedly sustained by Esther Rudisill on or about June 24, 1989, while she was a guest at defendant's hotel in Copenhagen, Denmark.
