This class action suit is brought by plaintiff on behalf of all those who purchased common stock of Sea Containers Ltd. ("Sea Containers" or "the Company") between April 30, 1992 and October 5, 1992 and all those shareholders of Sea Containers who exchanged their Class B shares for Class A shares pursuant to an exchange offer which commenced on May 1, 1992...
