Williams charges defendant Credit Bureau of Clanton with violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1681-1681t (West 1982 & Supp.1993) ("FCRA").1 The alleged FCRA violation stems from a credit report prepared by the Credit Bureau.
