COHEN, Justice.

A jury convicted Boozer of possession of cocaine weighing less than 28 grams. Tex. Health 481.115(b) and 481.102(3)(D) (Vernon 1992). The trial judge found two enhancement paragraphs true, and sentenced Boozer to 35 years in prison. Boozer contends the trial court committed fundamental error in submitting a jury instruction on reasonable doubt that did not fully conform to the requirements...
