Kevin DePriest and Steve Morrell were convicted of conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute and of conspiring to distribute a quantity greater than one kilogram of methamphetamine, a Schedule II Non-Narcotic Controlled Substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 (1988). Mr. DePriest was sentenced to 151 months' imprisonment to be followed by 5 years of supervised release, and Mr. Morrell was sentenced to 262...
