Plaintiffs appeal a decision of the Oregon Tax Court holding that Article XI, section 11b(4), of the Oregon Constitution does not violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.1 Savage v. Munn, 12 OTR 145, 1992 WL 103992 (1992). For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the Tax Court.
