This matter is before me on Defendants' motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff Ruth W. Woods asserts two claims in this lawsuit: one for sexual discrimination under Title VII and the other for age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Defendants argue that these claims are barred by the statute of limitations and that Plaintiff has failed to make out a prima facie case...
