BOGUE, Senior District Judge.
Both parties to this action have moved for summary judgment on the issue of coverage under an automobile insurance policy which was issued to plaintiff's late husband. After careful deliberation and review of the entire file, this Court is convinced that summary judgment for defendant is appropriate.
