Michael Wynn shot and killed his wife, Loretta Wynn, with a handgun. He was convicted of felony murder, with aggravated assault as the underlying felony, and possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime. He was sentenced to life imprisonment, plus five years probation on the possession charge to run consecutive to the murder charge.
