In this patent case, one of two defendants, Micron Semiconductor, Inc. ("Micron Semi"), has moved to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction or, in the alternative, to transfer the case to the District of Idaho. The plaintiff, Thorn EMI North America, Inc.
