CUMMINGS, Justice.

Solomon Henderson appeals his conviction for possession of a controlled substance. Henderson was charged by a two-count indictment with the felony offenses of delivery of a controlled substance (count one) and possession of a controlled substance (count two). After an evidentiary hearing, the trial court denied Henderson's motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of his warrantless
