Joseph Anthony Richardson was indicted on two counts of first-degree sexual offense, two counts of first-degree rape, four counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor, and two counts of crime against nature. He was convicted of four counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor and two counts of crime against nature. He was sentenced to six consecutive ten-year prison terms.
