This is an appeal by the defendant, South Holland Trust and Savings Bank (South Holland) from an order denying the defendant's motion to dissolve a preliminary injunction granted in favor of the plaintiffs. We granted the defendant, Carol Smith, a non-lawyer, leave to intervene pro se as an appellant.
