Proyect appeals his sentence following his plea of guilty to knowingly and intentionally manufacturing in excess of 100 marijuana plants in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Proyect was sentenced in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Vincent L. Broderick, Judge, to five years' imprisonment, a four-year term of supervised release, and a $50 mandatory special assessment. See 21...
