Plaintiff, Virginia Rulison Weber, appeals from the order of the circuit court of Madison County which granted summary judgment in favor of defendant Amiel Cueto, granted defendant Marvin Darling's motion to dismiss, and vacated a previous order allowing plaintiff leave to file a second-amended complaint.
