OPINION

BOWIE, Bankruptcy Judge:

After a trial on stipulated facts, the bankruptcy court rendered judgment declaring that a debt for $210,447.21, as set by an order of restitution entered in state court as part of a criminal sentence imposed upon conviction, was nondischargeable under both 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(7) and (a)(9). Debtor appeals. WE AFFIRM.
