This is an appeal from a civil judgment ordering forfeiture of $23,232.23 in cash that was seized from claimant at the time of his arrest. When claimant filed his notice of appeal, he also filed a motion to have the transcript prepared at state expense and an affidavit of indigency in support his motion. ORS 21.605.
