The employee, Wanda Jording (claimant), filed an application for adjustment of claim pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act (Act) (Ill.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.) against Munson Transportation (employer) alleging that she sustained a work-related injury. Following a hearing, the arbitrator found a causal relationship between the claimant's condition and the accident of November 9, 1988....
