GRAY, Justice.

William B. Ries appeals from the denial of his motion to withdraw guilty pleas by the Eighth Judicial District Court, Cascade County. We affirm.

Appellant Ries was charged by information with felony counts of sexual intercourse without consent and kidnapping. He entered pleas of not guilty and counsel was appointed to represent him.
