PAPADAKOS, Justice.

Harry Montgomery (Appellant) was convicted of attempted rape, terroristic threats and indecent assault following a jury trial before the Honorable Francis A. Biunno in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Appellant received a sentence of five (5) to ten (10) years imprisonment.
