This appeal arises from the trial court's order, in an action at law, tried before the judge in a tax protest suit. The trial court ordered that Carolina Power & Light's H.B. Robinson Nuclear Power Plant was properly included within the Darlington County Fire Protection Service District, and that the County Treasurer was entitled to recover all taxes which had been paid under protest, together with interest, for the inclusive tax years of 1988 to...
